Choosing your pattern size is the most important step and we will help you determine this with these easy to follow steps.
Place the tape at the edge of the shoulder. Measure along the top of the shoulder blade/across the highest point of the shoulders to the other edge, following the natural slope and allow an extra finger for ease of any movement.
This point is taken as a circumference at your widest point of your upper arm.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the fullest part of your chest.
This point is taken as a circumference and taken at the smallest part of your waist.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the widest part of your hips.

These are a great, easy pant pattern. I probably should’ve checked the finished size chart as I made these after I made some wide legged pants and they were a bit tighter through the hips. I still recommend the pattern, they are flattering and straight forward to make.

I just love these trousers. used fabric with a touch of stretch and they are a great fit. I usually have to reduce the back waist or enlarge the bum but these were perfect first time. Made 2 pairs, one cotton and one linen cotton mix, and more to follow, I am sure.

Because of the confinement I have not all the material for making the pants. So I made a muslin by sewing a short wich is perfect. I’ll wear this one in Africa when I’ll be able to travel again. The fît was perfect at the first try. I will sew the pants in a linen blend. Very confortable and élégant. I recommand
