Choosing your pattern size is the most important step and we will help you determine this with these easy to follow steps.
Place the tape at the edge of the shoulder. Measure along the top of the shoulder blade/across the highest point of the shoulders to the other edge, following the natural slope and allow an extra finger for ease of any movement.
This point is taken as a circumference at your widest point of your upper arm.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the fullest part of your chest.
This point is taken as a circumference and taken at the smallest part of your waist.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the widest part of your hips.

I absolutely love this dress. I was inspired to purchase this pattern when I saw a post by D….e in July 2024 – a Greek themed fabric – Thank you.
The instructions on the back pleat had me baffled for awhile as I was looking at the picture on the instruction sheet thinking this was the first step I also looked at the tutorial and still I did not get it – I then had a lightbulb moment and decided to do one side at a time and all worked out well – and yes the photo is how it looks in the end.
My measurements are close enough for a size 12 (96, 81, 102) so I would say the sizing is very accurate – no adjustments were required.
I will certainly make this dress again.
I intend to use this pattern as a base to make a top as the front pleat sits so well and was so easy to put together. I will alter the back pattern so that it dos not have the pleat.

This is a brilliant pattern and I am thrilled with the fit – it looks really elegant – I made it in a linen. I must admit it took me a while to try and work out the back pleat – even though I have been sewing for a while the instructions for this were rather vague.
It really is a great pattern.

Made this out of cotton gauze- not the easiest fabric to use. Flattering and cool pattern for the summer. I shortened by 2 inches but didn’t like where the hem hit. I added gussets to make it more modest. Love their patterns!
