Choosing your pattern size is the most important step and we will help you determine this with these easy to follow steps.
Place the tape at the edge of the shoulder. Measure along the top of the shoulder blade/across the highest point of the shoulders to the other edge, following the natural slope and allow an extra finger for ease of any movement.
This point is taken as a circumference at your widest point of your upper arm.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the fullest part of your chest.
This point is taken as a circumference and taken at the smallest part of your waist.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the widest part of your hips.

I just love this top, it goes together so easily. I have made it 4 times now, a couple with variations on the sleeve. One I made the sleeves shorter with 2 flounces. It looked great. Love how this top turned out! I needed to make the sleeves a little longer, but apart from that it’s a beautiful pattern. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the instructions are very minimal (actually omitting the sleeve darts), and the back closure takes a bit of time to work out. Second time around it will be a breeze.

Love this blouse – I made it in a soft denim-blue tencel so it drapes beautifully. Shortened the sleeves to fit, and they are perfect with the flounce. The neck darts are such a nice touch!

The pattern went together so well that I have made three with different fabrics. The only change that I made was enlarging seam allowance to 5/8″. I’m in the UK I have been delighted with all Style Arc patterns.

I love the Kristy Woven Top! It is perfect for spring and summer. It has become a TNT for me. I love the fit and sleeve flounce. The flounce is just enough to add interest without the extra drama.

I loved this top! This was an easy sew and ended up looking very on point with the current style trends. This top had me at the flounce sleeve!
