Great classy pants pattern with nice pocket details! The angled pockets are not very deep, but altering them to make them deeper would be very easy. I’m not likely to put anything in these pockets…but they add a beautiful design detail that I enjoy the look of. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to put the pockets together, and turning those tight corners on two separate layers was definitely not a beginner manoeuvre. These fit me straight off the pattern (with waist elastic adjusted to about same length as pattern) and match closely to Australian RTW sizes (I did a 12, my usual Style Arc size) in their excellent quality bengaline. Definitely make these again in another colour.
