Choosing your pattern size is the most important step and we will help you determine this with these easy to follow steps.
Place the tape at the edge of the shoulder. Measure along the top of the shoulder blade/across the highest point of the shoulders to the other edge, following the natural slope and allow an extra finger for ease of any movement.
This point is taken as a circumference at your widest point of your upper arm.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the fullest part of your chest.
This point is taken as a circumference and taken at the smallest part of your waist.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the widest part of your hips.

I have made two Debra-Zebra tops in recent days, 1 in Fine Merino and the other in Faux Cashmere. I chose to make a size 12 (bust measurement = 99cm) both fit beautifully -not fitted but just right for me.
I constructed both tops with overlocked 1/4″ seams roughly and fit beautifully, both fabrics have plenty of ease therefore they are not fitted yet very flattering. All hems were finished with a cover hem machine. When sewing the neck edge I stretched the edge of the fabric when overlocking it to gain a better stretch. My first top the edge was a little tight when going over my head.
I did shorten the neck length at the fold line on the Fine Merino top and folded over 2″, I do prefer this top, however with saying that the next time the neck length will depend on my fabric choice and the season I will be wearing it in.
The body length is rather long I am 5′ 3″ and it sits just above my crotch, but I like this it hides those middle aged lumps and bumps. I would suggest to shorten if you do not like a top that sits below the hip line.
I will certainly be making this top again, it will become a staple in my wardrobe.
The construction phase was very quick and simple.
Another great pattern

Very simple and straightforward top to make that looks good and is comfortable. I made mine in a fine merino jersey. I shortened the neck quite a bit. I would recommend going down a size as it was a bit loose.

This is both the easiest and best fitting garment I’ve made in 40 years of sewing. I just love it. Half an hour between laying out the fabric and having it finished. I have taken 3cm off the funnel neck, but otherwise the pattern is perfection.

So easy to make. Needs lightweight stretch to ensure it goes over your head. Just love the neckline.

This is a comfy and simple top – simple to make, simple to wear. I am long necked, so I am adding length to the funnel collar each time, but other than that, no alterations have been needed. You just need 4 hunks of fabric (front, back, sleeve, sleeve) that you stitch together and it’s done. I have used a performance stretch fabric and a double-brushed poly, both with 4-way stretch; I have another piece of knit fabric with just 2-way stretch that I will try next. Most of the stretch is horizontal so it should be just a matter of laying it out properly to use the stretch.
The only downside I see thus far is that with just 4 cut pieces, you waste a lot of fabric, so save your scraps for something else as you will probably get a pair of shorts or even leggings out of the remainders if you’re creative with the layouts.
I have wanted a decent turtleneck type pattern and this seems to be it. I really like it and will continue using it.

Styles from Stylearc are excellent. The patterns are well engineered and in consequence the garment construction flows well. I have one request of the pattern designers/drawing – please pretty please could you, would you mark on the pattern pieces the waistline and bust point. I am shorter than the design height and have to shorten the body pieces to fit me. This needs to be done accurately and reflect my body shape. I have no doubt there are many sewists making garments from your wonderful designs who would also appreciate this additional aid to your patterns.
