Choosing your pattern size is the most important step and we will help you determine this with these easy to follow steps.
Place the tape at the edge of the shoulder. Measure along the top of the shoulder blade/across the highest point of the shoulders to the other edge, following the natural slope and allow an extra finger for ease of any movement.
This point is taken as a circumference at your widest point of your upper arm.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the fullest part of your chest.
This point is taken as a circumference and taken at the smallest part of your waist.
This point is taken as a circumference parallel to the floor at the widest part of your hips.

Love the leg shape and found this pattern easy to put together and sew, although I expected the raise to be mid/high, instead it’s pretty low on me (and chose a size up too for them to have an extra comfy fit). Will find a way to make them high waisted.

The fit has been a challenge. If you intend to have the pant remotely fitted, the pockets gape open because they’re truly on the side seam. In addition, the pleats burst open as well. I’m in the process of moving the the side seam forward another inch or so, moving the pockets up an inch and playing with a longer pleat adjustment. I’m typically an XS or size 0 (size 4 in style arc) and I had to size up to somewhere in between the size 6 and size 8 pattern making these adjustments along the way… Cute design! Hope I can make it work! Not giving up yet…

If you are looking for a unique pair of pants try these. They have the palazzo pant feel but in a tailored silhouette.
They are easy to sew and comfortable to wear.
